Order Processing
Orders are processed during our normal working hours:
Monday to Friday: 9-5
We aim to prepare and dispatch orders within 2 working days after your order has been successfully placed and payment has been received.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
During busy periods, such as sales events, holidays, or product launches, dispatch times may take slightly longer. We will communicate any significant delays wherever possible.

At this time, we may be unable to deliver to certain remote locations or areas where courier restrictions apply.

Delivery Tracking
Where a tracking service is available, tracking details will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched.

Incorrect Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details at checkout.
If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, additional delivery charges may apply.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error with your delivery address after placing your order.
